Chain Reaction was founded in 1982 by Georgia O'Donnell and her two sons Daniel and David. The first store was set up in Phoenix at Desert Sky Mall in Phoenix Arizona. This store carried only chain and charms. The store was an instant success and quickly grew to sell all types of gold and diamond jewelry. Chain Reaction Diamond Center now proudly employs 30 people and has four locations in the greater Phoenix area. Chain Reaction Diamond Center leads the way by introducing new and exciting jewelry products to the Arizona market like Yehuda clarity enhanced diamonds, Princess of Hearts Diamonds, cultured diamonds and 1 carat plus pink diamonds to name a few.

Chain Reaction Diamond Center changed names to Arizona Diamond Center in 2009. This was an aesthetic name change only, Arizona Diamond Center is the same family owned company.
